Re: Wasabi
I love my laptop. It helps me pass the long hours of the night when I can't sleep.

Re: Wasabi
See, I always worry it's that sort of thing that keeps me awake... But then again, I haven't been able to sleep 'till past dawn lately and I am just lying in bed doing nothing, so maybe I should find something to spend my time on. Normally I might give up and pick up my DS because my lamp has a funny burning odour to it so I don't like to read books by it.

Re: Wasabi
Usually for me it's a matter of: I'm awake anyways, I may as well be doing something instead of passing the hours staring up at my roof. Sometimes I read instead. Honestly I don't think it's keeping me up, usually I'm only on late at night if I've tried to sleep first and failed anyways.

Re: Wasabi
That always leads me to a question; if you want to get to sleep, is it better to lie in bed and wait, or to find something to occupy you and maybe even tire you out? (not that I really need clarification on your opinion)

Re: Wasabi
I don't really have problems with sleep, but usually if I do I do pushups or something strenuous to tire myself out and it helps.

Yeah, you're just like every other two bit criminal in this city, who thinks they could get away with it.

This will pump chemicals (adrenaline, etc.) through your body to help with strenuous activity. Which would normally keep you awake.Sahan wrote:I don't really have problems with sleep, but usually if I do I do pushups or something strenuous to tire myself out and it helps.

Re: Wasabi
True, which is why I don't immediately go to sleep, but as soon as it wears off, I feel exhausted enough to sleep.

Re: Wasabi
Hmm. Okay, I guess that makes sense. I used to find that if I did push-ups right before bed I would feel sore and uncomfortable until the strength in my arms came back.

I've yet to see a site where someone does get away with it.Apocalyptus wrote:I swear I have seen it spelled so many different ways over the years. I figured I could get away with it this time...Oldrac the Chitinous wrote:Hummus is made of chickpeas.

That sounds like a challenge.

I don't think this is the site to get away with it. If I can't, I will make sure no one else can!
