Brie is nice, but i must admit that i'd take old cheddars over that anyday.

Or some of the "local" cheeses that they're developping with crazy names and loads of tastes.

I probably agree. Though I've had some really really aged cheddar before that a friend of mine made that just crumbled when you picked it up and was super delicious.

That is probably my favourite too.
We have an annual wine and cheese party, and that one was probably my favourite of the past year.
I also really like this one cheese log we got which was goat cheese with cranberry. Mmmmmmmm...

I particularly enjoy Brie and Vintage Cheddar, but I can pretty much indulge in most cheeses except for Blue Cheese, that stuff is horrible.

I saw some crazy documentary where they ate cheese with live maggots in it. Apparently when they eat and poop it, it makes it taste nice and creamy. Yum.
