Had to look it up too because I wasn't sure where we had penguins. Penguin Island has (shockingly) penguins and isn't very far from Perth, so it's presumable that they make it to Perth as well. (I didn't even know Perth was on the ocean... but then where else do they build in Australia?)

Not going to vote, but it looks very tight. It probably doesn't help my case that I didn't realise I was not wearing pants at the time. Yeah, we have fairy penguins on Penguin Island, close to Rockingham which is about half an hour's drive away from the CBD. Also, you've got some really good drawing skills there, Cow.
