From how he was described by Oldrac, I always envisioned him as looking a bit like the thing from the movie Virus (which is an absolutely horrible movie that you must watch). However, because there is so much leeway, your drawing will most likely become the canon description of him, as well as a template for what every person enhanced by the Kaminski-Weiner-Notimoto Procedure will look like.
