You know how sometimes you have a half hour free, and you want to do something, but you can't think of something you can do and complete in that amount of time?

Can you think of any? Creative writing or art or craft things in particular.

Paper snowflakes!

Origami is a good time-killer.

I listen to podcasts, or 30 minutes of them, should they last longer than the thirty minutes of free time allotted to me. I also have many TV shows on my VLC player app. When waiting for X to happen/finish (where x=laundry) I can get through an episode-and-a-half of The Tick, or 3/4 of an episode of The Wire.

You fools limit your masturbations to a single orgasm? HA! In thirty minutes I can have 300 orgasms! And then die! The ultimate orgasm!

I find when I have free time I work on that story in my head. Think of dialogue, interactions with the characters, events, concepts, etc. Try not to be cliche. Like a drew inspiration for the people who revive from the dead with their particular elemental power from the legend of hercules, or heracles, where a wrestler was favored by gaia, mother earth, and every time he was struck down the earth's power would raise him back up.

Sadly this will most likely never get anywhere.

I'm sorry, Tundra.

I think the fact that everyone here visits this forum quite regularly to talk about quite inane topics, is probably a good indicator of the emphasis most of us put on effective time management.

I was going to talk about frequenting forums, reading silly internet sites like the oatmeal or cracked. I'll often dicker with my phone, read a book, doodle (a lot of doodling) Or knitting. Really I tend to go with long term projects that I can drop easily for my 'short term' activities.
