Wow, this looks like any commitment-phobic man's worst nightmare...

We apparently have two people in a trusting, intimate relationship.
One seems to be caring and eager to please his partner, but unenthusiastic about acting out a violent fantasy.
The other has prepared in advance to frame him for sexual assault, and permanently blind him for good measure.
She only has to depend on his trust and his eagerness to please her, to bring her plan to fruition.

Why would someone do such a thing to a loving, caring partner?
Oh, wait--she's attractive, and he's bald and chubby. What a hilarious way to simultaneously ruin his life and open up her romantic options!

I was referring to those when I said she'd "prepared in advance to frame him for sexual assault, and permanently blind him for good measure."
It's my own take on the strip--others, and even me in a different mindset, might find it an amusing and endearing bit of rom-com fodder. Call me a contrarian I guess...
