So it's not one of those "rub the magic lamp and you are contractually entitled to a wish" situations.

I don't see a problem except that the wisher intends to abandon his responsibilities... and possibly flash the entire country from a great height. This could be a very moral genie, but are they, particularly?

Also I hate to say, but the red button extra content of "Would you rather I killed some of your enemies" would work for this Mr. Lucky.

I should have used more verbage. Yes the genie did say he would grant a wish; The guy was just on a rant(bitching), and not making a wish. last panel, genie gives him the bird, and leaves to find someone with a wish...

when given an opportunity.....don't blow it
