Best Villain in a 1930s Disney Flm.

A USB switch with external electric supply would be super scary to people in the 1930s because they would have no idea what it is.

The World Cup would be a fantastic villain.

All that anti-empiricism and ethno-diversity would surely be great fodder for a 1930s Disney villain. So much inaccurate prejudice and stereotype would play right in to the other stories they were making at the time. Look at those crazy South-Americans/Africans/Asians thinking that they have anything on good old fashioned WASP values! Be smited by Mickey Mouse! That'll show them the true meaning of democracy!

Well, a poison apple was the villain in the 1937 Disney movie Snow White, so it has already shown its worth.
It almost killed Snow White, threatening to prevent her from her happily ever after ending with that Prince who thinks it's alright to go around assaulting corpses on the off chance one will come back to life and marry him.

I think someone was supposed to do something here.
