I'm about to head to the dentist, but when I get back, I'll finish up my character sheet, then email it to you.

I shot him.

I'm guessing his lack of posting lately is that, like me, he does most of his posting at work (he actually doesn't have internet access at home). I think he left for the year last week so i'm guessing that his posts will be kinda sporadic until the new year? I'll talk to him about trying to get on more often.

sorry everyone. I've been snowed in at a friend's house since last wednesday. Seriously. Snow. Since last Wednesday. In Seattle. It's criminal really.

I'll try to get this going asap, but I don't know when that will be. Trust me when I say running an online rpg is far more fun than what I've been doing for the last week. So. Bored.

Too lazy to rant so I'll keep it short. A fixinator is pretty much a repair man plus. Like if you got enough cash and upgraded your repair man a load. And he has spanners in his eyes, like the little dollar symbols in cartoons. True story.

Sprague gives the desk sergeant a peremptory nod, and passes through a heavy maple door under a bronze plaque that reads "Roy Acahuixtotl, Commissioner" He shuts the door behind him, strolls across the room to where the Captain is hunched over his desk, messily working his way through a footlong meatball sub, and growls, "Sprague. U.S. Customs. I know your secret, Roy."
The Chief doesn't respond, except to turn his sunken eyes towards the intruder for a moment before focusing on his sandwich again.
Sprague continues, "You're a long way from Zacatecas, Chief. You may have fooled the people of Olympia, Washington, but not me. And they won't be happy when they find out that their Chief of Police is actually a Chupacabra in disguise."
Without looking up, Acahuixtotl snorts, "'s not a crime."
"Maybe not. But killing and eating babies from across the state is." Sprague reaches into his coat, and grips the handle of his machete. "So now you'd better come with me."
The chief sets down his sandwich, and leans back in his chair. "Well, okay. That sounds like a pretty serious offense. Maybe you'd better take it to the police. Oh, wait, no, that's not going to work. And don't count on getting any help from another jurisdiction, either. I've bought up every judge from here to San Diego."
"That must be a great comfort," Sprague says after a moment's consideration, and buries his machete in Acahuixtotl's chest.
The Chief of Police looks at Sprague, raises an eyebrow, and then collapses over his desk. Sprague pulls out his machete, carries it through the door, tosses it casually on the desk Sergeant's desk, and strolls out into the street.

Police said they spent some time working out if they could charge the man with being armed with a weapon, as technically he was armed with part of a fish.

"Heel, Malachi!"
The Saint Bernard glanced at the gentleman calling for him before continuing to snuffle through the tall grass at the roadside. There was something here, something that smelled like people. Malachi ventured further from the road.
"We're going to be late for the lecture on medulloblastoma! You know I've been wanting to see Doctor Schwartz's presentation!"
The smell was so close! Unwashed linen, cured leather, a musky smell (probably cologne) and blood, with a fairly strong scent of urine; a bouqet of distress. To the left a bit, and maybe twenty feet further...
"Get back here right now! I'm warning you, no supper if you don't come ba-"
Malachi bayed, a long and low howl. He had found the source, and it wasn't pretty.
"I hate you, Malachi!" shouted the gentleman, picking up his bag. He trudged through the tall grass towards the sound of his dog, muttering under his breath. The man pulled a dog treat from his pocket as he approached the dog. Sure enough, there was a body here, and Malachi was standing guard. "Good boy," said the man, handing the dog a treat, "let's see if he's still alive."
A finger to the carotid confirmed that there was a pulse, but it was fast and weak. If there was any way to save him, it would have to be done in the next few minutes.
"This is all your fault, you know," said the man, opening up his bag, "I haven't quite worked out how yet, but it is." 'At least I'll have a story to tell at the medical conference' Donovan told himself, setting to work.
