BREAKING BAD IS THE BEST.
Plus weeds is a comedy and breaking bad is hxc drama man. It's a little funny at first but it just gets darker and darker and then he shaves his head because of chemo and oh my god he is so awesome looking.

Re: BREAKING BAD
Weeds is different sort of comedy. In that it isn't very funny. I gave the show a shot, and I didn't like it. Which is why I suggested that Breaking Bad might be better, because I don't care for Weeds. It's just that the similarity paired with the time of creation is suspect.FengharTheNord wrote:

Ah, thank you.Lethal Interjection wrote:Without having seen it, I'd say it is leeching off of the success of Weeds. It may be a better show, but the premise is similar.smiley_cow wrote:I am too lazy google it, what is Breaking Bad about?

Honestly I never got into Weeds either. It's a horrible rule of mine, but if it's media all my stoner friends are really into I tend to avoid it. Usually it's just hard to appreciate if you don't come from the culture/aren't high. And Weeds was just never recommended to me by anyone else.

And some where bit by radioactive drugs, and developed their drug dealing powers from there. I knew this, I was just testing you all.

Re: BREAKING BAD
My flatmate and I recently started watching Breaking Bad. I'd seen the first few episodes when they came out, but I was busy at the time so I didn't keep up.
Really wonderful show.
I read that the guy who made Breaking Bad hadn't heard of Weeds when he created it, only learning about it when he pitched it to studios. He said he wouldn't have made the show if he'd known about Weeds.
