Script Frenzy 2012

Post by Kimra »

So, in a little over a month Script Frenzy will be starting up again. Any takers? I am happy to annoy anyway via chat and google docs. Since I think I was the only one who did this last year I am not expecting a great wave of responses but I still encourage!

Or a tv show.

Or a comic.

Or anything else that can use a script.

But not Perl.
Unless it's a script that writes a play for you, I guess.
Police said they spent some time working out if they could charge the man with being armed with a weapon, as technically he was armed with part of a fish.

Six days for me, seven for non-time travellers. If you're interested in this now is the time to look into it in detail! :)

I'm gonna pretend everyones doing this and just doing it silently like ninjas. In that case it's my duty to inform you all that tomorrow (12hrs from now for me) Script Frenzy starts.

Download your preferred free scripting program. Get some idea in your head (or not!). Make sure you have a pen and paper. Pretend to know how a script is formatted (I still have no idea!) and get ready to scribble. :)

I will attempt, but I make no promises to write more than ten lines. Starting things without finishing them is my favorite hobby!

e: I wrote a script to help me format the script because I am a formatting dweeb but don't want to actually take the time to TeX it out. I hope that's alright. No actual Script Frenzy script has been written.

I'm not quite sure what that's used for, but it does look mighty nerdy. So well done. :P

21 pages done. That's... a fifth of the required page count. *is pleased*

And also the first scene is done. At last. *hated that scene with a passion by the end of it*

I'm only at 1,543 words. Don't know how many pages that is because I'm pretty much writing in Notepad. I think the Script Frenzy website said something like 22,000 words where it would've said 100 pages otherwise, so I guess I'm at about seven pages, unless I'm really bad at math.

Cool! What are you writing about? (I know it has a science element since you were looking up gravity experiments)
