Re: Michelle's Bad Day (discussion)
New suggestion!
We keep the rotation (someone* update it and put it up the very top of the discussion so it can be easily seen). Each person has 24 hours to put their posts up going by whichever time zone the most of you are in (which is somewhere in America I guess). Put a link to the clock / calendar as well somewhere on that first post so we can check up on when it's our turn. And we just give everyone a date i.e.
19th Sep - Green Crayon
20th Sep - Someone else
21st Sep - Fred
22nd Sep - Fredlee
And if we miss our update, we miss it and life goes on. You can swap, but it has to be done in that 24 hour period and the person you swap with has to get their update in before the 24 hours. You can ask for a few extra hours of time (if the next person is feeling generous) but it has to be asked for in the discussion thread. You can pass, but the dates stated stay the same, so we all just have to wait 24 hours anyway.
So all up. A list, a set time, and if we miss it, tough luck. Opinions?
*That would be you GreenCrayon, since it's your post.

Re: Michelle's Bad Day (discussion)
I'm willing to give it a shot, but I can see it only working for a while (which is no terrible thing... it's not like we can't change it as often as we like). Being forced to be creative to a schedule can be taxing.Kimra wrote:Opinions?
Edit:
Compiling a list of the people who have contributed or expressed an interest in doing so, this is what I got.

I put the people who haven't contributed yet up the top (for fairness sake), and added everyone else in using the order in which they first posted in the discussion thread (not the order which they asked to contribute in... don't ask why, I make my own laws).
I've made assumptions that people are willing to contribute again. If I'm wrong, let me know.

Re: Michelle's Bad Day (discussion)
I'll start working on the story addition in two hours.
I'm interested in this kind of story, where many people who can clearly write all tackle parts of it. It can go on and on forever. Heck, I could just kill Michelle and if you guys adhere to the rules it would stick (although I wouldn't troll you guys like that).
I had more I wanted to say, but I'm getting kicked off the computer now. WIN!
EDIT: I posted. Also, I'm operating on the assumption that this story has the events all occur during one day, which is why it is called "Michelle's Bad Day". Also, I apologize if there were spelling mistakes. I'm going to class and I will fix anything later.

I will probably continue to contribute but I don't plan to contribute that much. The only reason I posted last time was because I had an idea at that moment, and I don't know when that'll happen again (maybe never!).

Did I kill the story, or was it the list?

I think it was the Forum.
Police said they spent some time working out if they could charge the man with being armed with a weapon, as technically he was armed with part of a fish.

Well its not over yet. It took me a while to get over Ahmet's... descriptive way of dealing with pants, but I've posted a continuation.
... And no, I've no idea what "Dendrite Genophagic Postulate" might mean either, well okay I do, but I'm not the one in charge of the next post, so we'll see if I'm right.

I was trying to be a jerk, but I think the month long pause means I should have just killed someone off instead.

So, I've got to ask. Is anyone going to respond to my end of the story? Is there interest instarting another one? Does Ahmet really like things in pants? The forum must know!
