This is the pulgin for photoshop to make ico files. I didnt make it. I use it. ICO files are icon files that are used for folders and favorites.

There you go. Those should help you. There is a file in there that has the hex code for colors.

... Did people actually click the link? I just couldn't bring myself to randomly click on a link from Hardkore.. not that he's Cirtur and dangerous or anything, just because my faith levels in his ability to not utterly destroy my computer are that low. Not that I really have to worry about my computer being destroyed since its on its final legs (motherboard appears to be going bad and its a pos dell.) Still.. are ico/icon files really something photoshop can't do without a plugin anyways? I really haven't been paying attention to the newer versions at all.

Well that well might be the case, but I've always felt it was so important to remember to use protection whenever I allow someone else to access my files.

Yes, protection is important. Otherwise they might get a virus.
