And rightly so, Ed, rightly so. Your abuse of power is not going to end well.
I prefer to think of my feelings towards this as bemusement coupled with a sense of humor. I don't wish Ed any harm or ill-treatment for it. It is interesting to watch and begin learning the nature of the community. I suspect a much more refined sense of humor beneath Ed's actions which explains the lack of hard feelings on my part. I may be proven wrong in my assumption towards him but until then I take his actions as humorous. His words however, he is an asshole there and he delights in it. But even that I find funny and well-placed on such a forum as this was set up to be.
I'm just trying to figure out what the hidden rules are here. There are unspoken rules and guidelines everywhere one goes. Learning them will come with time.

Fireworks? Perhaps a bobbing for apples tub? One Asian news correspondent and a tether-ball court. High point: Zach gets more involved in the message board. Low Point: Ed quits his job here to become president of the world.

Uprising of the underlings. The sky is going to burn.
Not necessarily in that order.
Ed is the rogue army general of Zach's regime. Zach would have to start listening to the people's plight or care what his General is doing for this to happen.
Well, the first part anyways.
The latter will happen next year when the Mayan calendar runs out.
